Some employees are familiar with WebEx and its meeting reporting features. Teams has similar reporting features that can show a meeting organizer the list of participants, how long each of them were on the meeting, and how long the duration of the entire meeting was.
If you are the Teams meeting organizer, in Teams, go to Calendar on the left, then open/edit the meeting you had organized.
At the top, you will see an Attendance tab (you may need to click the More arrow to find Attendance if there are many tabs at the top). In this tab, you will see the list of participants and the time they each joined and left the meeting.
Also, when the meeting ends, the report automatically appears in the invite of the meeting in the Chat and Details tabs. If you click on the report, it will download in Excel format into the Downloads folder within Teams under the Files tab on the navigation pane on the left.
