If you are having an issue attaching PDFs as a file instead of a link or if it says, "Send PDF as Adobe Cloud storage link Always or Once"
Try this fix below. Open a new email in Outlook and click the Acrobat tab at the top:
Open Settings:
Make sure "Never prompt while attaching" is checked, then click OK.
This will now allow you to drag and drop a PDF into an Outlook email without having to click "Always," "Once," or the "X"
