You may occasionally receive an HEIC file from a customer. When you attempt to open it, you may see this message:
This is an issue with people who send "live" photos from their iPhones. They come across in this HEIC format, which is not viewable on our computers. If the customer cannot send you a regular image file, like a JPEG, then try using an online tool to convert an HEIC file to PDF, like this one: https://cloudconvert.com/heic-to-pdf
