Sharing Your Calendar with Another Employee

Occasionally, you may want to grant access to your Outlook calendar to another employee of FMHC or one of its affiliates.


To do this, open your calendar in Outlook.  In the top ribbon, click Share Calendar --> Calendar as shown below:


On the next screen, click Add:


Search for the employee you wish to have access to your calendar, select their name, click Add and OK.


On the next screen, make sure the employee's permissions to your calendar are set appropriately.  For example, if you would only like them to have View access, make sure the "Can view all details" button is selected, then click OK:


The other employee will now be able to view your calendar in their Outlook.
