Sharing Outlook Calendar with non-FMHC user

Share your calendar Free\Busy time in an email.
  1. 1. Compose an email

    In Outlook, compose an email. (from the Inbox, click on "New Email")
  2. 2. Insert Calendar detail

    With the new email open:
    Click in the email body
    Click Insert
    Click on the Calendar icon
  3. Set Date Range to be sharedCheck box for "...working hours only"
    Click OK
