Occasionally, you may find that several New Accounts sessions are found in Cleartouch, but only a few of them are actually shown in the list, like below:
This is usually caused by a pinned Cleartouch shortcut. Do NOT launch Cleartouch from a pinned shortcut in the taskbar. Instead, launch it from the shortcut in your Applications folder on the desktop. This functionality should work after that.
