Occasionally, you may reply to an email and see that your signature is not displaying properly. The logo might be missing, and the lines of text have lots of space in between them, as shown below:
This can occur when an email comes to you in Plain Text format (i.e. sent from a mobile device, like an iPhone). At the top of the email, click the Format Text tab, then change from Plain Text to HTML. Then, apply your email signature and it should appear normally with the logo image.
