Can't access a secure email

You may have received a secure/encrypted email through SilverSky (the MailSafe portal) but when you log into the portal, it is no longer there.


Please note, when you are sent a secure email, it will only be accessible through the MailSafe portal for 30 days.  If you are looking for a secure email that is over a month old, it will not be there anymore.  You would need the sender to re-send the message.
