Occasionally, a Cleartouch user may encounter the following error:
The user should still be able to process transactions and may in fact be able to balance at the end of the day.
Per Fiserv: This error indicates a communication issue with the user's Teller Capture session and the Store and Forward server.
The exact cause is not known but may be due to their Teller Capture session expiring/timing out, if the user had not processed a transaction for a bit prior to running this one.
Relaunching CT Teller will create a new session and should re-establish the connection. When any error occurs during a transaction Fiserv always recommends reviewing the Teller Journal and the customer's account to see if any correcting needs to be done. In this case, the error states to correct the transaction and rescan.
