If you find that your Brother label printer is not printing labels from Cleartouch, contact the Service Desk for a resolution.
For a temporary workaround, if your Brother label printer is online and accessible over the network, it will be possible to print to it from outside of Cleartouch, in Microsoft Word.
Open Microsoft Word
Click File --> Print --> Select Brother Label as printer choice
Go back to your document
Select the Mailings tab --> Labels
Type in the address (press Enter on your keyboard to begin a new line)
Click New Document
In the top ribbon, far right, Layout --> Text Direction, change to the down arrow
Print your label and verify it appears correctly
