If you launch Cleartouch and it appears in the taskbar as shown below:
...then the program has started successfully. However, if you do not see the full window appearing on any of your screens, please do the following:
1. Launch Task Manager (press Ctrl-Shift-Esc up the left side of your keyboard, OR Ctrl-Alt-Del --> Task Manager OR right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager).
2. In Task Manager, find "Fiserv.Cleartouch.Desktop.UI.Portal" as shown below.
3. Expand the row by clicking the arrow to the left of the row, to reveal a sub-row that may be titled "Cleartouch - Signon"
4. Right-click that row and select "Maximize." This should force the Cleartouch window to appear on your screen.
If the window still does not appear, please contact the Service Desk for further assistance.
