From the Cleartouch home page, you can click on various documents that will open in Internet Explorer. Occasionally, you may find that you cannot print the document, as the Print button is not functional in the Internet Explorer / Adobe window.
Recent versions of Windows 10 have this issue with the Adobe Acrobat plugin. To fix this, Protected Mode must be turned off in Adobe Acrobat:
This issue may recur as Windows updates continue to be implemented.
One may think that switching the default browser to Google Chrome would fix this issue, as the Adobe plugin works properly in that browser, but Fiserv does not support Chrome for use with Cleartouch. It does support Microsoft Edge (Chromium version) when IE mode is enabled in Edge - this functionality has not yet been enabled by IT as of May 2021.
