When you receive a new cell phone, please contact the IT Service Desk to help you enroll your new phone in Duo Mobile. Please ensure you have the Duo Mobile app already installed on your new phone.
The Service Desk can send you a new enrollment link to your email to register the phone and remove the old one from the system.
Once you receive the enrollment link, follow the detailed instructions outlined in the attached PDF.
If you have already transitioned to the new phone, and the old one is no longer accessible, you will need to ask the Service Desk to set your account to "Bypass" mode in order to connect to the VPN without receiving the Duo prompt. Then, you will be set back to "Active" status in order to enroll the new phone and resume the Duo prompts as usual.
