The Ricoh MP301SPF copier is setup identically for all of the realty offices that are using them. This means that if you move from one realty office to another you will not need to do anything other than connect the copier to your laptop using the USB end of the USB-to-Ethernet adapter. Please make sure you always leave the supplied Ethernet cable and USB-to-Ethernet adapter with the copier in the office.
If you go back and forth between a realty office and an FFL branch or LPO office you will need to change your default printer to reflect which office you are in. Contact IT if you need assistance with this.
