FMHC Member Banks & M2 Partner Banks

A "member bank" or "affiliate" is a member of First Mutual Holding Company whose employees are set up on our network and receive back office support from FMHC's departments, including Accounting, HR, IT, and others.  As of 2024, FMHC has five member banks who might contact us for support:

• First Federal Lakewood (Ohio - Lakewood/Cleveland area primarily)
• First Mutual Bank (Southern Ohio and West Virginia)
• Warsaw Federal (Ohio - Cincinnati)
• Blue Grass Federal (Kentucky - Lexington area)
• Martinsville First (Virginia)

A "partner bank" is not a member of the holding company, but works with First Mutual Mortgage (M2) for support with loan processing and other related services.  As of 2024, M2 has three partner banks:

While partner banks do not receive IT Service Desk support, any tickets we receive from them should be assigned to the Enterprise Systems team for assistance with password resets for Encompass and other lending applications.
