If you are experiencing a Cleartouch or other Fiserv-related issue that is beyond the scope of the IT department, the issue may need to be escalated to Fiserv via a Client360 ticket: https://client360.fiservapps.com/Client360/login
Branch Staff: Your manager should be set up as a user in Client360 with the ability to open a case about a Cleartouch issue.
Branch Managers: If you are unable to log in, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
If you are a relatively new branch manager, the Service Desk may need to set you up with an account.
