Recordings for AT&T Call Queues

Modified on Fri, Jan 23 at 9:53 AM

Occasionally, a department or affiliate may want text recorded for a call queue greeting or voicemail message, in place of an employee's voice

If you have the desired text to use, there are free tools that do text-to-speech recordings, like this: https://freetools.textmagic.com/text-to-speech

It will let you select the desired voice to use and download the message as an mp3 file to upload into AT&T.

For more professional, custom-made greetings recorded by an actual human, consult Snap Recordings (snaprecordings.com), a recommended service that is affiliated with AT&T.  This has been used for the affiliate main number greetings.  As of 2023, the cost is about $80 for 100 words.

For special greetings to announce early branch closings, delayed openings, inclement weather notices, etc., see this KB article: https://fmhc.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/47001237057
