Check Open Ticket Status

All employees can check the status of their open Service Desk ticket(s).


Navigate to Freshdesk: https://fmhc.freshdesk.com/support/home


In the top right corner, click the "Login" button.  


At the bottom, next to "Are you a customer?" click "Login here" (do NOT type in any login credentials at the top)


Once logged in, from the support home page, you can click "Tickets" or "View all tickets" to see a list of your open/pending tickets, along with the name of the assigned agent, if applicable.



NOTE for IT: These steps apply to the current "Marina" Freshdesk portal theme applied in January 2023.
