The first two digits of any teller number corresponds to the branch number.
Float tellers have special teller numbers that start with 00 instead of a branch number. These float teller numbers can be used to sign into Cleartouch at any branch.
A teller should NEVER use a specific teller number (i.e. a non-float number) at another branch. Your manager/supervisor should contact the Service Desk if you need a teller number assigned to you for a different branch.
