You may be a member of a shared mailbox in Outlook on your work computer. To set up access to the same shared mailbox from the Outlook mobile app on your cell phone (assuming you are already set up as an Intune user), follow the steps below.
With the Outlook mobile app open, tap your first initial in the circle in the top left corner, then you will see an envelope icon with a blue plus (+) symbol. Tap on that icon, then select "Add Shared Mailbox."
You will need to manually enter the email address of the shared mailbox, then it will be added as an option to that left-hand column of round, initialed icons. Toggle between the icon containing your first initial for your personal mailbox and the other icon containing the first initial of the shared mailbox address to see those messages. Tapping the white globe-looking icon above those options will show you a combined inbox of all your messages (both personal and shared mailbox emails).
