Occasionally, you may be unable to locate an employee in the Address Book in Outlook. This usually happens with newer employees when they have not yet synced into your "Offline Global Address List."
To remedy this, follow the steps below to switch your default to the live "Global Address List" (Outlook defaults to the "Offline" one).
At the top of Outlook, in the "Find" section, click Address Book > Tools > Options > make sure Start with Global Address List is selected.
At the bottom, change the dropdown from "Choose automatically" to "Global Address List" > OK.
