Subject: WireXchange Login Change
On Tuesday, January 18, 2022, Fiserv will be implementing a new process for multi-factor authentication for access to WireXchange. This process will replace any existing Vasco tokens that you may be using and will work as follows:
- You will login into the WireXchange system using your username and password and click on Log On
- You will then receive an email from noreply@fibiz.fiserv.com with a onetime passcode that will be valid for 15 minutes
- You will enter that passcode on the next screen and click on Submit Passcode
- You will be required to enter a new passcode after 72 hours or if you login with a different browser or from a different network
