Is your computer running slowly and acting sluggish?
Check Task Manager by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Esc up the left side of your keyboard.
Make note of the CPU, Memory, and Disk usage percentages and send these to the Service Desk when submitting a ticket. This will help our support team troubleshoot your issue. If any of these numbers are too high, that can contribute to your system being slow.
Click on the column headers for CPU or Memory to sort the list of running applications by highest CPU or memory usage, to determine which app(s) may be using the most resources.
Example:
If you see that Sophos Endpoint or Sophos File Scanner is using a lot of system resources, please note that Sophos runs a full system scan on all computers at 12:00 noon every Wednesday.
